Many people seek spiritual counseling after they have tried other avenues of support in life, such as traditional counseling. They often find themselves wanting more - something that opens them more fully to the spiritual dimension of who they are. I’m here to help you explore how spiritual awareness and practice can support deep healing, change and hope in one’s life.

When you choose to work with me, together we will uncover the parts of you that are perhaps yet to be discovered, or are dormant or tired from all the day to day grind and pain of life. As you open up anew to that which is greater than self, or the ego self which is where we tend to identify, you will open to finding insights, awakenings and solutions that are greater than what the mind alone can conceive. It is in this place of the soul, where we learn to tame the thinking mind, expand our awareness, and uncover more of who we truly are! 

As you learn to orient from within, rather than focus on external realities, you will discover new ways of seeing and being in the world. This doesn’t mean you won’t have problems or that there are magical solutions. But you will learn how to know your true self - to listen to your intuition and deepest wisdom. You will learn the power of letting go of the “shoulds” and expectations in your life. You will learn to feel alive and empowered to make choices and create a life of rich meaning. Life and your relationships will become your greatest teachers, calling you to awaken to your divine purpose.

Our sessions will begin and end with a time of stillness, prayer, or whatever feels comfortable for you. I will use my skills and education, my personal life journey and my intuition to guide our sessions. I will invite you to go within, to your deepest truth, and to open to your higher power, in whatever capacity you may be able to at the time. You will share with me your experience and concerns, and we will together explore these things within a spiritual context, seeking your highest wisdom, opening to new ways of seeing and awakening to endless possibilities.

The Divine is here. And more abundant than we could ever imagine. My hope for you is that you allow yourself to be open this abundance in your life.
